Typical turnaround time is 2-4 weeks on most orders, and could be longer based on season and complexity.

We typically do not accept products that are not ordered through us, as occasionally our machines can damage pieces and would prefer to be able to reorder the exact piece if damaged through our wholesaler. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis.

There is typically a small setup fee for burning screens or digitizing artwork, which can be waived on larger orders.

We prefer any Vector file format (AI, EPS, SVG) as these scale larger/smaller without becoming blurry. Any other style (PNG, JPG) may need to be vectorized to correctly scale.
